my practice philosophy in a nutshell:

My practice is rooted in a clinical, root-cause approach to optimizing hormones, metabolism, and overall health—especially for women who feel “fine” but know they could feel better. I combine my background as a critical care nurse practitioner with functional medicine to identify patterns, not just treat symptoms. Rather than overwhelming you with protocols, I focus on the highest-impact strategies tailored to your lifestyle, using targeted testing only when it adds value. Our work together is collaborative, educational, and designed to help you understand your body so you can make sustainable changes with confidence. The goal is not a quick fix, but a clear, personalized path to long-term energy, resilience, and longevity.

when i'm not practicing:

When I’m not practicing, I’m usually chasing after my toddler, fitting in a workout, or finding simple ways to make healthy living work in real life. I love movement, good food, and anything that helps me feel energized without overcomplicating things. You’ll often find me experimenting with nutrition, routines, and small habits that actually move the needle. I’m also passionate about teaching and creating—whether that’s building content, programs, or resources that make health feel more approachable. At the core of it all, I value balance, simplicity, and making wellness sustainable in the middle of a full life.

The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame.
