my practice philosophy in a nutshell:

My signature program is a six-month 1:1 functional medicine engagement built around five pillars: hormonal foundation, metabolic health, muscle and bone, sleep and nervous system, and longevity. Everything is personalized to your biology, your labs, and your life. We start with a comprehensive functional lab panel that goes well beyond the standard of care — including the DUTCH Complete for hormone mapping, full thyroid panel, metabolic and cardiovascular markers, and micronutrient assessment. From there I build your personalized written protocol and we work together over six months through biweekly then monthly calls, with Voxer messaging support between sessions so your questions are never left unanswered until your next appointment. At month five we repeat key labs. Objective data showing real change. Not just how you feel — though that changes too — but what your biology is actually doing. Everything I recommend passes what I call the real life test.

when i'm not practicing:

When I’m not practicing, I’m usually chasing after my toddler, fitting in a workout, or finding simple ways to make healthy living work in real life. I love movement, good food, and anything that helps me feel energized without overcomplicating things. You’ll often find me experimenting with nutrition, routines, and small habits that actually move the needle. I’m also passionate about teaching and creating—whether that’s building content, programs, or resources that make health feel more approachable. At the core of it all, I value balance, simplicity, and making wellness sustainable in the middle of a full life.

The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame.
