Hello!

I'm Dr. Kitchens

Chiropractic focused on helping kiddos struggling with behavioral challenges and families wanting to improve their health.

Hey there! My name is Dr. Anne and I help families that have been searching to find the missing piece to their children's struggles. I am dedicated to seeing things differently and presenting a new and clear path for our families. We look at stress signals the body is presenting, reflexes that need work ,and gut health to create a plan of health.

my practice philosophy in a nutshell:

We know the brain and body must work together in order to help our children have the greatest expression of life. Regardless of our mental, physical, and emotional being we all have the right to have a greater expression of life. Our practice sees kids who are struggling in areas of social, emotional and Mental wellbeing. We also care for kids who are struggling with ADHD, ODD, ASD, PDA, sensory processing etc. We know the body's ability to combat physical, chemical, and emotional stressors is an endeavor they may not be able to take on alone. This is where we come in. By relieving built up stress through neurological adjustments and helping the body become more resilient naturally via brain based exercises our kids can experience and express easier. We need both to help things stick, and we must first address the cause before all other things.

There is a vast difference between treating the effects and adjusting the cause.
