I'm Dr. Foss

My philosophy of health is quite simple: remove toxicities and support deficiencies. Be real, be free, be well!

I'm an old school, small town boy from Iowa that loves the science and philosophy of traditional chiropractic. I am certified in the Webster Technique (pregnancy specialty) and focus my practice in pediatrics and family wellness. I have a special talent in helping those with autism, sensory and spectrum disorders. I also utilize nutraceuticals, plant based medicine, detoxification, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and cold lasers to make Vital Wellness Center a state-of-the-art healing center.

my practice philosophy in a nutshell:

Traditional chiropractic philosophy is quite simple and can be summed up in two powerful statements: "The power that made the body, heals the body", and "Nature needs no help, just no interference". The interference to healing that causes our sicknesses and disorders can be divided into three categories: 1. physical/structural 2. chemical/toxins 3. emotional/energetic By removing the interference and supporting the body's innate healing power, I believe there is no such thing as an incurable disease. ...oh! And don't forget to smile!

when i'm not practicing:

I live in a small town 45 miles west of Chicago called Elburn with my beautiful wife Jaime and my two boys Mason (6) and Hayden (3). My oldest boy, Gabriel is 24 and out living his dreams. We moved into our 123 year old farmhouse on two acres in May of 2022 and started anew with our two little boys. We've got a big garden, some fruit trees, a barn and room to move! I have a passion for old VW's and drive around a '67 beetle convertible and '65 bus. They're so fun!
