my practice philosophy in a nutshell:

Our office provides gentle, tonal chiropractic adjustments addressing nervous system interference and helping to maintain optimal health and wellness for my patients. With specialities in prenatal, postpartum and pediatric care, I am able to utilize a variety of different techniques depending on the specific needs of each patient. Our office is equipped with a Digital X-ray system as well as all three neuroTECH INSiGHT assessment devices including thermography and heart rate variability testing. Truly set up for the deepest dive into your nervous system!

when i'm not practicing:

I am loving on my incredible family. I have an amazing husband and two hilariously exhausting but ever so sweet little girls who light up our world. They each bring me joy daily and I am so grateful I get to experience motherhood both in and out of the office.
