my practice philosophy in a nutshell:

I've always believed in healing the body through the body and the vestibular system is no different. I take a nervous system centered approach to my treatments so the inner ear and the brain can better communicate with one another--the results are fascinating!

when i'm not practicing:

When I'm not with patients I am spending time outdoors, training for road races, tending to my garden, and making memories with my sweet little family. My titles of Mom, Wife, and Dog Mom are my biggest blessings.
