my practice philosophy in a nutshell:

My goal is to build a lifetime relationship with my patients. Chiropractic care is about improving your neurological function in order for your body to adapt to your daily stressors (traumas, thoughts, & toxins) that we are bombarded with every day. My job is to ensure your body is free of nervous system interference so it can heal itself which allows you to live a life of wholeness and health.

when i'm not practicing:

Outside of my office you can typically find me at a coffee shop, gym, or spending time with my husband Chase, my son Brooks, and our two German Shephard's Bonnie and Clyde. We bought our forever home after Brooks was born and have slowly been working on fixing it up. It has been a labor of love and we are enjoying seeing the fruits of our work.
