The Functional Finder Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
By joining The Functional Finder Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up as an affiliate. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not participate in the affiliate program.
Enrollment in the Affiliate Program:
1.1. Participation in the affiliate program is open to individuals and businesses aged 18 years or older.
1.2. To join the program, you must complete the online application form on our website, providing accurate and complete information.
1.3. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.
Affiliate Responsibilities:
2.1. As an affiliate, you will promote The Functional Finder’s products or services using approved marketing materials provided by us.
2.2. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while promoting our products, including but not limited to letting your audience know that you are an affiliate and therefore receive a commission when a buyer uses your unique code or link.
2.3. Affiliates must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
Affiliate Commissions:
3.1. You will earn a commission on each qualified sale generated through your unique affiliate link or coupon code.
3.2. The commission rate and eligibility criteria will be outlined separately in the affiliate dashboard or commission structure document.
3.3. Commissions are paid at the end of each month and commissions will be paid 60 days after they are earned through your unique link or code. Payments will be made via the Paypal email you provide in your affiliate account.
Cookie Policy:
4.1. Affiliate links contain a unique tracking code that allows us to identify referred customers.
4.2. Cookies are used to track customers’ purchases and attribute them to the correct affiliate. 4.3. The standard cookie duration is 30 days, and commissions will only be awarded if the purchase is made within this period.
Prohibited Activities:
5.1. Affiliates must not engage in any activities that could harm our brand reputation or violate any laws.
5.2. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, spamming, using unauthorized marketing materials, or misrepresenting our products or services.
Termination:
6.1. Either party may terminate the affiliate partnership at any time with or without cause by giving written notice to the other party.
6.2. Termination may result in the forfeiture of any outstanding commissions that have not been paid.
Modifications:
7.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms and Conditions on our website.
7.3. Continued participation in the affiliate program after any modifications imply your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability:
8.1. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program.
8.2. Our maximum liability to you for any claims related to the affiliate program will not exceed the total commissions paid to you during the previous three months.
Governing Law:
9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Entire Agreement:
10.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between The Functional Finder and the affiliate, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
