Hi! I’m Taryn and I’m a military wife and mom of 3 under 3!
I started Woman to Womban after experiencing my own health struggles. I decided to pursue an education in nutrition and women's health so that I could help other women going through struggles of their own using functional labs and custom protocols for their unique journey into motherhood!
At Woman to Womban, my primary focus is on guiding and supporting women through the transformative phases of fertility, pregnancy, and up to four years postpartum.
I believe in providing comprehensive care that considers the unique needs and challenges each individual woman faces during these crucial stages of their lives.
To offer the most personalized and effective assistance, I integrate functional labs and bioenergetic testing into my approach. These tools allow us to gain valuable insights into your overall health, enabling a holistic understanding of your well-being.
By utilizing these cutting-edge methods, I aim to empower women with a complete picture of their health as well as customized protocols, ensuring a tailored and informed journey into motherhood.
My commitment extends beyond conventional treatments, as I strive to create an environment where every woman feels supported, informed, and empowered throughout her journey into motherhood.
when i'm not practicing:
When I’m not working, I am spending all my time with my kids! We participate in the 1000 hours outside challenge so we spend a lot of time at parks, hiking, and other outdoor activities!
We also have “family game night” at least once a week where we take an hour or two where we put up all screens and just sit down with the kids and play board games!
I also love to spend a lot of time in the kitchen making all of our meals and snacks from scratch! My newest favorite is sourdough tortillas!
At night after all 3 kids (and usually my husband) are asleep, I like to read! Sometimes it’s romance or thriller novels, sometimes it’s health and wellness books to expand my knowledge! But I always try to read at least 100 books in a year!
